Warranty:

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone the service to:

1. Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
2. Anyone who has made more than 3 no-show appointments
3. Any intoxicated customers
4. Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to our staff and customers.
5. Anyone with skin infections and diseases
6. Anyone who is rude, mean, or disrespectful

We provide free service:

1. If you have not been offered complimentary tea, coffee, water;
2. If you have not been offered hand/foot massage;
3. If you have not got nail alignment for gel manicure;
4. If a technician has not opened craft pack with sterilized tools in front of you.

Enhancement and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 4 business days after
your appointment; including breakages. If you are dissatisfied with any service
we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations
within 4 days of your original services (7 days for lash service).
Smoking is prohibited in our salon.
No alcohol is allowed at the salon under any circumstances.
The salon is under surveillance.
In case of the same-time manicure and pedicure we cannot offer any nail design.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
No refunds for services that you got in our salon.

Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. GC are to be treated as
cash, and therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
Nail Sunny has the right to refuse the service to anyone.
